Shipping
Orders totaling $100.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping.  Standard shipping services are UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.


Special offers
Periodically, FlyElectrics will offer special deals on package items (e.g. motor, ESC, and battery), closeout items, and over-stocked items.  These promotions are offered on a first come, first served basis.  Once the item(s) has been sold or the sale period expires, the promotion will be closed.  Rain checks will not be offered.


Out of Stock
FlyElectrics strives to keep in stock sufficient quantities of products offered through our web site.  Sometimes, we will sell all of a specific item before we have an opportunity to replenish our inventory.  You, the customer, should not be penalized for our inventory mistakes.  Therefore, we will offer you a 5% discount off the total order (not including shipping) when ordered items are out of stock.  When the out of stock item arrives, we will ship your entire order.

Product Upgrades
Have a proven upgrade or glow-to-electric kit conversion?  If you purchased some or all of the components through us, FlyElectrics will provide you with a one-time discount coupon good for 5% off your next order (no dollar limit!).  There are other restrictions and caveats (of course):

1. Upgrades must have a performance benefit (e.g. flight, power, speed, duration) over the stock configuration.  We will not accept simple component swaps (e.g. a 20A ESC for a 30A ESC).  Battery replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for acceptability.


2. You must provide a couple paragraphs (minimum) describing the upgrade/conversion (parts used, installation, etc.).  Digital photos with your submission are a plus, but are not required.  Made a custom part?  Please include drawings so other customers can duplicate your upgrade


3. We must review and post your upgrade/conversion concept/article before the discount coupon will be provided.


4. A similar/identical upgrade/conversion must not already exist in our forum.


5. You explicitly warrant that the material submitted is not copyrighted or authored by someone else.

FlyElectrics reserves the right to modify the above submission criteria at any time and to reject a submission for any reason.
